Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Every piece of artwork at Scandi Collective is custom made, which means it’s made to order, just for the purchaser. As a result, all of our orders are final as soon as they are placed. We are also unable to make any changes to orders after 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each one of our fine art prints takes approximately 5-7 business days to print, frame and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 3-5 days in transit.

My print got damaged in transition, what do I do?

On the unfortunate occasion that your print arrived in less than perfect condition, please let us know as soon as you are able. Kindly send some images of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to jemina@scandi-collective.com so that we can help you. 

Do you ship overseas?

We are currently looking into shipping overseas, however at the moment we are only shipping to the US and Canada.

What is your return policy?

Each piece is custom printed and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.

Can I exchange my art for a different size?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.

Can I change my order?

All order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the framing process.
